Function Areas |

The Como will cater for any type of function and is the ideal venue for birthday parties, engagement parties, and small meetings. There are 3 types of function areas within the hotel for you to choose from: |

| Upstairs incl. Balcony (minimum of 50 up to 120 people) |
| |
| Upstairs offers a fully functional bar, providing a choice of one of our premium draught beers and a minimal selection of our bottled beers, spirits, wines and pre-mixed drinks. Should you choose to hold your function upstairs, the function room and balcony will be exclusive to you and your guests for the duration of your function.
There is NO room hire charge upstairs if your numbers stay above 50 people, if your numbers do fall below 50 the room hire is $150.00.
There is only one staff member who is dedicated to the bar upstairs for the duration of your function, though should you require an extra person, please mention this to our function coordinator. |

| Foyer (up to 100 people) |

Should you choose the Foyer area for your function, your guests will have the choice of any of the 11 beers we currently have on tap at The Como, a large selection of spirits, pre-mix drinks and premium imported beers, as well as our comprehensive wine list. Our platters menu is available to you should you wish to offer your guests food.
Although we will reserve the area for you, on busy evenings it is not possible to guarantee the area exclusive to you and your guests. |

| Lounge (up to 40 people) |

| As with the Foyer, should you choose the Lounge area for your function, your guests will have the choice of any of the 11 beers we currently have on tap at The Como, a large selection of spirits, pre-mixed drinks and premium imported beers, as well as our comprehensive wine list. Our platter menu is available to you should you wish to offer your guests food. The Lounge area is adjacent to the Foyer, but has a more intimate feel as the space is not as large. It is ideal for small groups. Although we will reserve the area for you, on busy evenings it is not possible to guarantee the area exclusive to you and your guests. |
